What you are purchasing

The Reading is a paid digital product that provides an AI-assisted evolutionary astrology reading based on the birth information you submit. Your purchase includes a hosted web reading and a downloadable PDF when fulfillment succeeds.

Your responsibility for submitted information

You are responsible for making sure the submitted birth data and email address are accurate. The quality and accuracy of the final reading depend materially on the accuracy of the information you provide.

Delivery timing

Most readings are intended to be delivered within minutes, but delivery time is not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of payment verification, infrastructure issues, third party outages, or generation failures that require manual intervention.

Hosted link access

Hosted reading links are intended to remain active for 60 days after purchase. Access is provided through a randomly generated link. Anyone with the link can view the hosted reading, so you are responsible for how you share it.

Nature of the service

The Reading is provided for personal, informational, and reflective use only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or crisis advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional judgment in those areas.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the product.
• Do not misrepresent that the product provides licensed professional advice.

Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled because of a technical failure we cannot resolve, we will offer a refund in accordance with our refund and fulfillment policy.
