What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill your reading: your name, email address, the reading subject's name, date of birth, birth time, birthplace, and related order/payment metadata.
What we use it for
We use this information to process payment, generate your reading, deliver the hosted reading link and PDF, provide support, investigate failed deliveries, and improve the reliability of the service.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. We receive payment-related metadata from Stripe needed to confirm and reconcile your order.
Where your data is stored
Order details, reading data, and hosted files are stored using our application database and storage providers so we can generate and deliver your purchase. Access is limited to the systems and service accounts required to run the product.
Hosted reading links
Your hosted reading link is delivered on a long, randomly generated URL and does not require a login. Anyone with the link can access it, so please share it only if you want others to view it. Hosted reading access is intended to remain live for 60 days after purchase, while the PDF is yours to keep.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the product, such as payment, storage, email, and infrastructure vendors. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We retain order and fulfillment records for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and support purposes. Hosted reading links may expire, but underlying order records may still be retained for legitimate business needs.
