Fulfillment
After payment, your order enters our generation pipeline. Once complete, we deliver your reading by email with a hosted reading link and a downloadable PDF.
Typical timing
Most readings are delivered within minutes, but timing can vary. If your order is delayed, check your spam folder first and then contact support if you have not received delivery within 30 minutes.
Refund policy
Because The Reading is a custom digital product generated from the birth data you submit, completed and delivered orders are generally non-refundable. If you entered incorrect birth data or an incorrect recipient email, contact support immediately and we will try to help before fulfillment completes, but we cannot guarantee reversal once processing is underway.
Technical failures
If we fail to deliver your reading because of a technical problem we cannot resolve within a reasonable period, we will either re-run the order or issue a refund at our discretion.
Hosted access and PDF retention
Hosted web access is intended to remain available for 60 days after purchase. The PDF is the permanent copy you should keep for your own records.
